Receive up to $50 in reimbursement each qualifying calendar month for nails, barber visits, hair services, spa treatments, or similar self-care services and products. Complete 90 days of employment and work at least 30 hours that month. Ask your manager to confirm the expense qualifies, then submit an itemized receipt for your purchase in that month. Reimbursement covers actual costs up to $50 total per month. Unused amounts do not carry over and are not paid out.

At your first six-month employment anniversary, receive one pair of shoes covered up to $100 plus an additional $50 toward your monthly self-care and wellness allowance. This brings the allowance to $100 total for your anniversary month: your regular $50 plus a one-time $50 bonus. To qualify, arrive on time for every scheduled shift during your first six months and work at least 30 hours in your anniversary month. Approved schedule changes and legally protected absences do not count against the attendance condition. Your manager verifies timekeeping records and approves your purchases. Submit itemized receipts. Shoes are reimbursed at actual cost up to $100, and qualifying self-care and wellness expenses are reimbursed up to $100 total in your anniversary month. The same expense cannot be reimbursed twice. Unused amounts do not carry over and are not paid out.

Complete 90 days of employment and work at least 30 hours in the month to receive one standard-admission movie ticket. Ask your manager once you reach 30 hours. Tickets are purchased or issued by Cloudy Monkey, with no cash alternative, premium upgrades, concessions, or carryover.

Enjoy your birthday off with pay for one regularly scheduled shift at your base hourly rate, once each year. Arrange it with your manager before the schedule is finalized. Complete 90 days of employment and work at least 30 hours in your birthday month. Birthday pay is processed once that monthly threshold is reached, and paid birthday hours do not count toward the 30 worked hours. To receive birthday pay, work your scheduled shifts immediately before and after your birthday. An unexcused call-out on either shift makes birthday pay ineligible. Approved leave and legally protected absences are exempt. If your birthday falls on a day you are not regularly scheduled, there is no extra payment or substitute paid day.
